Terms of Service

By accessing or using SHRLK Bio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SHRLK Bio is a platform that allows users to create customizable bio pages, link-in-bio pages, and digital storefronts. The Service includes page creation, analytics, link shortening, media management, digital product sales (Vault), and related tools.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

If you sell digital products through Vault, you are responsible for the content and delivery of those products. We process payments through Paddle and are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
